She is well-recognized in her community for professional services at the personal and corporate level.  She has facilitated successful training programs, workshops for various institutions. With the experience she has garnered over a decade in the town as psychology consultant, she now offers her services to academic institutions as well.

Her vision to empower women, students, healthy mind in every individual gave birth to NIRAI foundation. Her skills include cognitive assessments and family psycho-social support to facilitate the child’s strength areas. She is proficient in conducting comprehensive assessment in Learning disabilities. She has experience in dealing with pre-adolescent and adolescent counseling in both academic and non-academic domains.
